Most Mac users will already have iTunes on their machine, but if you do not already have iTunes, go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/. If you click on the “iPod + iTunes” tab, you will see “Download” on the far left side of the navigation bar. Click on “Download.” The next page should walk you through downloading iTunes.

If you have a pc, make sure you click on “Download for Windows” and follow the instructions. The download instruction page also offers detailed information on system requirements for using iTunes. PC users need the following to support iTunes:

  • Windows XP or 2000 (latest service packs recommended)
  • 500 MHz Pentium class processor or better
  • QuickTime 7.0.3 (included)
  • 256MB RAM
  • Supported CD-R or DVD-R drive to burn CDs
  • Broadband Internet connection (DSL/Cable/LAN) for buying and streaming music

Once you have iTunes, you should be able to click on the downloads of each Craft Class and listen to the class at your computer. If you have trouble, please contact us at techsupport@writerstudio.com.
